This was supposed to be a bookmark, but as I was making it it grew into something too big to be a bookmark and is so… a wallhanging! :) I gave it to my sister for her birthday because I’m broke and can’t afford to get her a real present :P

Cupcake keyring! All you need is 4 colours of fabric (felt is easiest to work with), cotton, sewing machine, scissors, and a basic knowledge of reverse appliqué (cutting away layers to reveal new colours) and voila! <3

Do you like my top? It was just a massive experiment with an old top that I’ve never really liked, it was good for going on Safari in Africa but then never got worn again. I just cut strips at the bottom and then tied them together in a very uncomplicated way. I don’t think I would actually wear this, unless everything I own was in the wash or something. But hey, it was fun :)
